The following terms & conditions apply to Fara Homidi beauty commissions offered via the Awin platform:
- 1. Commission Calculation
• Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) or Sales Tax, and shipping/delivery costs.
- 2. Validation & Returns
• Transactions are subject to a 30-day validation period. This allows for our standard return window and processing time to ensure the order is successfully completed.
• The validation period is followed by a 7 day closure notice period.
• In the event of a partial return, the commission will be adjusted and paid out on the value of the items kept by the customer.
- 3. Voucher Rules
• Commission will only be paid on sales where authorized discount codes provided through the Awin platform (if any) are used. Use of unauthorized codes (e.g., student discounts, internal staff codes, or exclusive influencer codes from other platforms) may result in the transaction being declined.
• Orders using 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay) are eligible for full commission.
- 4. Performance & Tiering
• We are open to discussing bespoke commission rates and exclusive offers for high-performing partners or editorial features. Please contact our Account Manager for more information.
- 5. Attribution Logic
• This program operates on a Last Click Wins attribution model. Transactions are de-duplicated against other paid marketing channels (PPC, Display, and other affiliate networks).
