1. Commission Rates
1.1. Affiliates earn a commission of 10% on the Transaction Value of each valid sale referred through their unique Tracking Link, unless otherwise specified in promotional campaigns or special offers.
1.2. Special product categories may have different commission rates, as detailed below:
Robotic Pool Cleaners: 10% commission
Accessories and Replacement Parts: 10% commission
1.3. Bonus commissions may be offered during limited-time promotions, such as seasonal sales, special campaigns, or new product launches. Details will be communicated via the Affiliate dashboard or email.
2. Transaction Value
2.1. The Transaction Value is the net sale amount of a completed purchase, calculated as the product price actually paid by the customer.
2.2. The Transaction Value explicitly excludes:
Value-Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or any other applicable taxes
Shipping or delivery charges
Credit card processing fees or other payment-related fees
Discounts, coupons, or gift card redemptions applied to the order
3. Eligible Transactions
3.1. Commissions are paid only on valid transactions, defined as orders that are:
Completed (paid and shipped)
Not returned, refunded, or canceled within the 30-day return period
Not associated with fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violations of the CHASING Cleaner Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
3.2. Transactions are tracked using a last-click attribution model, meaning only the Affiliate whose Tracking Link was last clicked before the purchase will receive the commission.
4. Commission Payment
4.1. Commissions are paid monthly, on or around the 15th of the following month, provided the Affiliate’s earned commissions exceed a minimum payout threshold of $50. Amounts below this threshold will roll over to the next payment cycle.
4.2. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer to the account specified in the Affiliate’s profile. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.
4.3. CHASING Cleaner is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with commission payments. Affiliates must comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
5. Tracking and Reporting
5.1. Sales and commissions are tracked via the Tracking Link and the CHASING Cleaner affiliate platform. The platform’s tracking data is the sole basis for determining commissions.
5.2. Affiliates can access real-time performance reports, including clicks, sales, and commissions, through the Affiliate dashboard.
5.3. Any discrepancies in tracking must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date through the Affiliate platform or designated support channel.
6. Modifications
6.1. CHASING Cleaner reserves the right to modify commission rates, Transaction Value definitions, or payment terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or the Affiliate dashboard at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
6.2. Continued participation in the Program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
