1. Commission Rates
1.1. Affiliates earn a base commission of 5% on the Transaction Value of each valid sale referred through their unique Tracking Link, unless otherwise specified in special promotions or negotiated agreements.
1.2. Commission rates by product category are as follows:
7% base commission: CHASING Dory; CHASING DORY EXPLORE
5% base commission: CHAISNG GLADIUS MINI S; CHASING M2S
Commission rates may be increased for selected publishers or limited-time promotions.
1.3. Performance-based or bonus commissions may be offered to high-performing Affiliates or during limited-time campaigns (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions). Details will be communicated via the Affiliate dashboard or email.
2. Transaction Value
2.1. The Transaction Value is the net sale amount of a completed purchase, calculated based on the product price paid by the customer.
2.2. The Transaction Value explicitly excludes:
Value-Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or other applicable taxes
Shipping or delivery charges
Credit card processing fees or other payment-related fees
Discounts, coupons, or gift card redemptions applied to the order
3. Eligible Transactions
3.1. Commissions are paid only on valid transactions, defined as orders that are:
Successfully completed (paid and shipped)
Not returned, refunded, or canceled within the applicable return period
Not associated with fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violations of the CHASING Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
3.2. Transactions are tracked using a last-click attribution model, meaning only the Affiliate whose Tracking Link was last clicked prior to purchase will receive commission credit.
4. Commission Payment
4.1. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, on or around the 15th of the following month, provided the Affiliate’s confirmed commissions exceed a minimum payout threshold of $50. Amounts below this threshold will roll over to the next payment cycle.
4.2. Payments are issued via PayPal or bank transfer to the payment method specified in the Affiliate’s profile. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information.
4.3. CHASING is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with commission payments. Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws.
5. Tracking and Reporting
5.1. Sales and commissions are tracked through the Tracking Link and CHASING’s affiliate platform. Tracking data recorded by the platform shall be the sole basis for commission calculations.
5.2. Affiliates may access real-time performance reports, including clicks, sales, and commission status, through the Affiliate dashboard.
5.3. Any tracking discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date via the Affiliate platform or designated support channel.
6. Modifications
6.1. CHASING reserves the right to modify commission rates, Transaction Value definitions, or payment terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or the Affiliate dashboard at least 14 days prior to the effective date of any changes.
6.2. Continued participation in the Program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
