Standard Commission Rate
We offer 5% commission on validated sales across Ground Surfaces, subject to the rules below.
Commission is calculated on the net product value only (i.e., excluding VAT, excluding delivery/haulage, and excluding any payment/processing fees or service charges where applicable).
1) Online Checkout Products (Tracked Automatically)
The following product lines can be purchased directly online and are tracked through our standard on-site conversion tracking:
Natural Play Bark
ECO Rubber Play Bark
DIY Kits
Commission basis (online checkout):
5% of the goods value only
VAT is non-commissionable
Delivery/haulage is non-commissionable
Commission will be validated once the order is confirmed and will be declined for cancelled/refunded/returned orders.
2) Quote-Based Product (Equestrian Rubber) — Manual / Offline Tracking
Equestrian Rubber is a quote-led purchase due to varying haulage requirements and site access constraints. Orders are not completed via standard online checkout.
How commission works (equestrian):
We pay 5% commission on the rubber supply value only, excluding VAT and excluding haulage/delivery.
Equestrian sales are tracked and recorded manually (offline) once an enquiry converts into a paid, completed order.
Commission is only payable where the enquiry/order can be attributed to an Awin tracked referral. If attribution cannot be confirmed, commission cannot be awarded.
Validation / Declines
Commission may be declined for reasons including (but not limited to):
Order cancelled, refunded, or returned
Duplicate/self-referrals or suspected fraudulent activity
Breach of programme terms (including unauthorised PPC activity)
Out of stock / inability to fulfil
Quote enquiries or orders that cannot be attributed to an Awin tracked referral
