Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, out of stock, or generated using unauthorized coupon codes are not eligible for commission.
SUNJOY applies de-duplication across PPC, paid social, display, email, and in-house partnership channels to ensure fair and accurate attribution. Affiliate commission is rewarded only when affiliate traffic is the final valid referrer.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, toolbar injections, or any method designed to artificially overwrite attribution will result in commission reversal and removal from the programme.
Coupon and discount sales are only commissionable when using Awin-issued codes. Any use of unofficial or expired codes will invalidate the commission.
PPC activity is permitted only when fully compliant with our PPC policy. Brand bidding, misspellings, direct linking, and impersonation are strictly prohibited.
SUNJOY reserves the right to adjust commission rates, decline transactions, and update programme terms in accordance with network policies.
Publishers must remove outdated promotions within 24 hours and ensure transparency through proper affiliate disclosures.
