General Notes about Commission – Xtusimple
Commission Basis: Commission is calculated on the transaction value excluding VAT, sales tax, delivery/shipping charges, credit card fees, and any additional service charges.
Minimum Commission:
Fixed: USD 0.00
Percentage: 0% (no minimum)
Approval Required: Any paid search (PPC), behavioural retargeting, or media broker campaigns must be approved in advance. Bidding on our brand name, misspellings, or variations without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Deduplication: Sales may be de-duplicated against other online advertising channels, including PPC (brand and generic), email, display, direct partnerships, price comparison, in-house publisher programs, and other affiliate networks.
Commission Reductions: Maximum reduction per adjustment: 20%. Publishers will be notified 7 days in advance. Minimum interval between reductions: 30 days.
Non-Eligible Transactions: Commission will not be paid for cancelled orders, refunded or returned items, duplicate orders, out-of-stock items, failed credit checks, breaches of programme terms, fraudulent transactions, or any other ineligible transactions.
Programme Changes / Site Downtime: Publishers will be notified 7 days in advance of any changes to programme terms, and 3–7 days in case of potential website unavailability.
Publisher Types: All publisher types are allowed, but Search / PPC / Behavioural Retargeting / Media Brokers require approval.
Other Restrictions: Publishers are prohibited from promoting adult content, age-restricted products, illegal activities, or any content deemed inappropriate by Xtusimple.
