What are the rules of the program?
Allowed Publishers:
- Cashback
- Programmatic
- Email marketing
- Closed user groups
- Display advertising
- Social media affiliates
- Google / Bing Shopping
- Content creators/bloggers
- Price comparison websites
Limited Publishers:
- Tech partners
- PPC affiliates (non-brand keywords)
Prohibited Publishers:
- Sub-networks
- Coupon code websites
- Browser extensions / plug-ins
Additional Guidelines:
PPC affiliates may not bid on the brand name "BBODY." The brand name and common variations must always be broadly excluded. Shopping CSS must exclude brand keywords & variations proactively before launching campaigns.
Promotional materials not provided by BBODY must be approved before use.
Missed sales claims must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will not be processed.
Email Marketing Guidelines:
Emails must be sent under the publisher’s name, not BBODY’s.
All emails must be pre-approved by BBODY.
An unsubscribe option must be included.
Reasons for Sales Rejection:
- Canceled orders
- Payment reversed or failed
- Duplicate transactions (rare but possible)
- Product undeliverable to the specified address
- Fraudulent or unauthorized data used during the purchase
Approval and Payment Timelines:
We validate sales monthly between the 15th and 20th of the month, for the previous month.
Example: April sales are validated in the third week of May.
Tracking:
- Cookie duration: 30 days.
- This program uses 1st-party cookies.
- Affiliate networks fall under last-click de-duplication.
Attribution:
This program operates on last-click affiliate attribution.
Ad Fraud Prevention:
Brand bidding and ad hijacking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
BBODY uses ad fraud detection tools to identify ad hijacking and brand bidding violations.
Brand bidding violations: The publisher receives a warning, and commissions for those keywords are rejected. A second violation results in program removal.
Ad hijacking / cookie stuffing violations: All commissions are immediately rejected, and program access is permanently revoked.
Note: Bidding on "BBODY," or any misspellings and variations of the brand name, is strictly forbidden.
