Commission Terms & Payout Rules
1. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases tracked through Awin. A qualifying purchase must meet all of the following:
• Completed and fully paid.
• Not cancelled or refunded within the 30-day return window.
• Correctly attributed to the Affiliate through Awin tracking (no missing cookies/links).
• Not generated through self-referrals or personal use.
2. Standard Commission Rate
• 15% commission on all eligible sales ($200 SPC deposit. full price OC), unless otherwise specified. No commission on consumables (filters, mailers).
• Clear Drop may introduce temporary promotional rates or bonus tiers (e.g. for seasonal campaigns).
• Any changes will be communicated via Awin prior to taking effect.
3. Cookie Duration
• A 30-day cookie window applies.
• If a user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the Affiliate’s link, the sale will be attributed to that Affiliate — unless another affiliate link overrides it.
4. Return & Cancellation Adjustments
Commissions are only approved after the 30-day return period ends.
Non-payable transactions include:
• Returns or exchanges
• Cancelled orders
• Fraudulent or high-risk transactions
• Duplicate orders flagged by the system
Pending commissions stay in “pending” status until the return window closes.
5. Payout Conditions
• All commission payments are processed exclusively through Awin according to their payout schedule.
• Clear Drop does not issue direct payments.
• Missing or invalid tracking cannot be credited manually.
• Affiliates must maintain compliant and approved promotional methods to remain eligible for payouts.
6. Bonus & Performance Opportunities
Clear Drop may offer:
• Quarterly performance bonuses
• Higher payout rates for top-performing affiliates
• One-time commission boosts for special product launches or campaigns
These offers will be communicated through Awin messages or the program newsletter.
7. Prohibited Ways to Earn Commission
To maintain fairness and compliance, commissions will not be paid for:
• Self-purchases or orders made by close household members
• Orders placed using unauthorized coupon codes
• Traffic generated through misleading, spammy, or deceptive practices
• Paid search bidding on Clear Drop trademarked terms (“Clear Drop”, “SPC”, “ZeroTrash”, etc.) unless explicitly approved
• Cookie stuffing or forced redirects
Violations may result in reversal of commissions and removal from the program.
