We prioritise partners who add genuine value through considered content, design-led storytelling and accurate product representation, and we aim to reward quality partnerships accordingly.
Comission Rates
Commission rates vary by partner type and the value added within the customer journey. The ranges below are intended as starting positions and may be adjusted by campaign, product group or partner performance.
Editorial and content partners (design, interiors, reviews): typically 6–8%, with selective uplifts for standout content or agreed activations.
Influencers and social creators: typically 5–7%, with uplifts available for approved campaign activity.
Cashback and loyalty partners: typically 2–4%, applied selectively and may be capped to protect incrementality.
Voucher and deal partners: typically 1–3%, payable only on approved activity and official codes. Commission may be reduced or removed outside agreed promotional periods.
Comparison and shopping engines: typically 3–5%, subject to accurate feed usage and compliant presentation.
B2B, workplace and trade partners: typically 4–6%, reflecting longer consideration cycles and higher order values.
New or unproven partners: may start at 3–5% during an initial review period.
