Commissions are earned on qualifying sales and apply to both new and returning customers. All commissions are calculated based on the post-discount transaction value, excluding VAT and delivery charges.
Default commission: 2% Existing + 4% New customer rate
Important notes:
Returned or Cancelled Orders: Commissions are not paid on any order that is returned, refunded, or cancelled.
Tracking: Only purchases completed through your unique affiliate link or promo code qualify for commission.
Payment Timing: Commissions are credited once the order status is confirmed as completed.
Examples for clarity:
If a customer clicks an affiliate link and spends $100 on products with a 10% discount, the post-discount total is $90.
For an affiliate tracking on our default commission rate, the commission for a new customer would be 4% of $90 =$3.6.
For an affiliate tracking on our default commission rate, the commission for an existing customer would be 2% of $90 =$1.8.
VAT and delivery are excluded, so they do not count toward the commission calculation.
If a customer later returns items worth $30, the commission on the returned portion is reversed accordingly.
