ABOUT NAIL THOUGHTS
Nail Thoughts is a company founded by professional nail tech, Katie Masters in 2015. What started as small operation out of one little salon has grown into an industry powerhouse over her last decade. The company launched a press on line that works in unison with other nail artists giving them a platform to be seen. Ms. Masters built her company in the hope that nail techs would support and lift up other nail techs. It’s truly a company built by nail people for nail people.
Katie Masters is the owner of Nail Thoughts and grew up in Long Beach, California and always knew she wanted to be a nail artist. After graduating from college she opened her own salon at the age of 23 and became a licensed nail tech. For the last decade she has built a loyal following not only in California but throughout the world. Katie has also amassed hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and has had the pleasure of doing nails for celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Michelle Pfeiffer , Nicole Kidman, and Giada Delaurentiis. During the Covid salon shut downs, Katie began hand painting press on nails in order to keep her business going. They would sell out in under a minute. Because of that success she has recently launched a press on company featuring some of her signature designs and collaboration press on designs with other nail artists to raise the industry up.
