PPC Policy
Please note that affiliates must not bid on our trademark by using terms such as Splay Shoes or any other variant including our trademark on any PPC engine (e.g., Google Ads).
Any affiliate found bidding on our trademark will be suspended without notice, and no commissions earned will be validated. Affiliates setting their PPC ad URLs to splayshoes.com will also be suspended without notice, and commissions will be voided.
Coupon Code Policy
Affiliates may only use coupon codes that are available through the Splay Shoes affiliate program, or those issued directly by Gen3 Marketing or the affiliate network.
Where an affiliate is found promoting a code not issued by Gen3 Marketing or the network, commissions may be declined. Continued use of unauthorized codes will result in program suspension.
FTC Policy
