We offer a wide variety of sports products, covering categories such as cycling, running, outdoor, training, swimming, skiing, and more. We work with the leading brands in each sport, thus guaranteeing a wide range of quality products for our customers.
In addition to selling products, at deporvillage we are committed to providing advice, recommendations and personalised guidance to help our customers choose the most suitable items for their specific needs.
Since our founding in 2010, we maintain a firm purpose: to offer a wide variety of products, at competitive prices and with the convenience of receiving them at home in the shortest time possible. Our main sales channel is through our online platform. However, in 2023, in order to add more value to both brands and our customers, we opened our first two physical stores in Spain.

To this end, we seek to enhance our affiliate programme as one of the company's key sales channels. We strive to attract high-quality affiliates who, in collaboration with deporvillage, add significant value both for themselves and for us.

What are we looking for from an affiliate?

Validation and payment time
Affiliate programme sales will be reviewed and processed (moving from pending to confirmed and/or cancelled) between 60 and 65 days from the date of registration of the transactions on the platform.
Deporvillage offers returns and guarantees on e-commerce products, which is why it takes a certain amount of time before sales on the platform can be validated or processed. Payment period to the Awin network is 30 days from the receipt of the invoice.
Attribution window:
The programme's attribution window is 30 days post-click.
Programme commissions
Commission: CPA 1% to 5% according to commission groups (please refer to the attached document for further information)

Claims management system
Claims are accepted provided they meet the following criteria:
- The order subject to the claim must match the one registered in our database.
- The product must not be excluded, as indicated in our guidelines.
- Values in the basket must match.
- It must not be a cancellation, return or incident.
- Maximum period: Claims must be submitted within 15 days of making the purchase. This way, we can take into account all claims for the current month when validating. After validation, no claims will be accepted for the validated order or for previous months.

Regulations for Members Related to Coupon Schemes Discount
Affiliates may only communicate texts explicitly published in the "My Offers" section. Any communication not included in this list will be grounds for cancellation of sales since the last review. Checks will be made every 7 days to ensure proper functioning. Under no circumstances can Deporvillage be associated with coupon items. Offers must be provided by Deporvillage through Awin, and may not be extracted from the website. After a second warning of non-compliance, you will no longer collaborate with that affiliate, both on that account and on any other account Deporvillage has active on Awin.
Program terms and conditions
Please see our terms and conditions for full details. In this section we summarize the most important:
• Deporvillage will only deduplicate sales generated by you through SEM actions. That means that if a user clicks on one of your advertisements but then clicks on a deporvillage SEM ad before making a purchase, the sale will be attributed to the latter channel and not to you.
• It is not allowed to bid on brand names, misspellings, or brand+generic terms on any search engine. Make sure to exclude our keywords in both broad and exact match before you start working on the programme.
• Affiliates may not promote discount coupons or offers to which they have not been given access through Awin.
• Fraudulent use of coupons is subject to penalties.
• Affiliates should avoid competing in SEO for keywords that are strategic for the brand.
• If you promote the brand through email marketing, you must strictly comply with current data protection policy and must not mislead users into believing that deporvillage is sending the email. Any such action will require the prior approval of Deporvillage
• You may not attempt to force a click in any way, whether through a banner or a call to action that is ‘misleading or unclear’ to the end user.
• Affiliates may not alter the banners without first consulting the advertiser to obtain their express authorisation.
• Affiliates are not permitted to make ‘self-purchases’ in order to receive a commission. A self-purchase is an order that the affiliate orders for themselves or their company. These sales may be cancelled.
