CPA Structure
IDT shall pay Affiliates a cost-per-acquisition (“CPA”) of thirty-five U.S. dollars (USD $35) for each unique end-user located within the United States who completes a first paid international transfer through the App, provided that such transaction is (a) valid, (b) not canceled, voided, or refunded, and (c) duly attributed to the Affiliate in accordance with the tracking and attribution methodology of Kochava.
No Other Compensation. Affiliates are not entitled to any compensation other than as expressly set forth herein.
