LloydsPharmacy operate a strict policy on paid search activity. These terms and conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to search engines, content networks and social network ad placements.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches. Example: LloydsPharmacy, lloyds pharmacy, lloydspharmacy.co.uk, lloydspharmacy.com
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches. Example: lloyds pharmacy, lloyds.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on extended or hybrid brand searches. Examples, Lloyds Pharmacy Offers, Lloyds Pharmacy Voucher Code, lloydspharmacy.com promotional code, Lloyds Pharmacy discount code.
Affiliates are not permitted to use the Lloyds Pharmacy trademark in any paid search activity, whether this is in advert text, copy or display URL's.
Affiliates must negative match the LloydsPharmacy brand name in any terms associated with voucher codes, discount codes and any other variations of these terms.
Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Lloyds Pharmacy website, this includes using the LloydsPharmacy website as a display URL.
Affiliates must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a webpage. Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder. Examples: lloydspharmacyuoffers.co.uk, lloydspharmacy.affiliatesite.com, affiliatesite.co.uk/lloydspharmacy
Anyone found infringing on these terms and conditions will be contacted by LloydsPharmacy or Affiliate Window. Please note anyone found contravening these Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.
Voucher Code Policy:- Please note that affiliates may only use voucher codes that are available through Lloyds Pharmacy affiliate programme, or those that have been issued directly by Gen3 Marketing or AWIN. Where an affiliate is found promoting a code that has not been issued by Gen3 Marketing or AWIN we reserve the right to decline commissions. Continued use of unauthorised codes will result in programme suspension.
