We are bast sauna, three childhood friends from Luleå in northern Sweden. Growing up, the sauna was where our friendship was born and grew — a place for conversations, dreaming big, and sharing moments. When life took us to Stockholm, we realized that access to saunas wasn’t as natural as back home. So we created bast: an accessible sauna experience that allows anyone to enjoy the Nordic sauna tradition wherever they are.
