HITWAY UK Affiliate Commission Policy
1. Commission Rates
Commission rates are based on the value of each individual eligible order.

Commissions apply only to eligible bicycle and electric scooter orders. Accessories and spare parts are excluded.
2. Commission Validation
Commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period after order completion. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or otherwise ineligible will not qualify for commission.
3. Payment Schedule
All commissions are paid through AWIN. Payments are generally processed twice a month, around the 15th and 30th, subject to AWIN’s payment procedures and the affiliate’s account status.
4. Promotional Restrictions
Google Ads promotion is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from HITWAY. Commissions generated through unauthorized advertising may be rejected. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the partnership and cancellation of affected unsettled commissions, subject to program terms.
5. Order Attribution and Duplicate Orders
HITWAY applies last-valid-click attribution within a 30-day attribution window, subject to the relevant platform’s tracking rules.
For orders recorded in both AWIN and GoAffPro:
The same order will not receive duplicate commission payments.
Where the last valid click can be verified, commission will normally be assigned to the corresponding affiliate.
If attribution is unclear, HITWAY will review available tracking records and make a reasonable decision based on the evidence and applicable program terms. Commission splitting may be considered where appropriate.
6. Tracking and Compliance
Affiliates should use their own authorized tracking links and coupon codes and must not distribute other affiliates’ exclusive codes through unauthorized channels.
HITWAY reserves the right to review and adjust commissions for duplicate, refunded, cancelled, or non-compliant orders. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of this policy.
