General Notes Regarding Commission
Our commission structure is designed to generously reward our partners for introducing new customers to the world of Artistic Tile. We believe in building lasting relationships based on transparency and mutual success.
Our Commission Philosophy
We are committed to a fair "last click wins" attribution model. We do not de-duplicate commissions against our other marketing channels (e.g., brand PPC, email, or display retargeting). If your affiliate link is the responsible click that leads to a sale, you will receive credit for it.
Tiered Commission Rates
We value our partners and reward high performance. Our commission tiers are evaluated and applied on a calendar month basis to directly reward your success.
Here’s how it works: If your total validated sales within a calendar month (e.g., all of July) exceed a tier threshold, the higher commission rate will apply to all qualifying sales you generated within that month. The tier level resets at the beginning of the next month, giving you a new opportunity to earn a higher rate based on that month's performance.
- Standard Rate: 8% (On total monthly sales up to $10,000.00)
- Performance Tier 1: 10% (On total monthly sales between $10,001- $19,999.99)
- Performance Tier 2: 12% (On total monthly sales of $20,000 or more)
Cookie Duration
We offer a 30-day cookie period. If a customer you refer makes a purchase within 30 days of their last click on your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale.
A Note on Tracking & Privacy
Our affiliate program, like others in the industry, relies on browser cookies and standard tracking scripts to attribute sales. In cases where a user rejects on-site cookies, uses ad-blocking software, or has browser privacy settings that prevent tracking, the technical link between your referral and the final sale may be broken. Unfortunately, we cannot award commissions for sales that cannot be verifiably tracked by the Awin platform.
Commissionable Sales Value
Commissions are calculated on the net sales value of qualifying products, after any discounts and before the addition of shipping fees and sales tax.
Non-Commissionable Products
Please note that due to their unique margin structures or sales processes, the following items are not eligible for commission:
- Product Samples
- Natural Stone Slabs
- Setting Materials (e.g., grout, mortar, sealers, etc.)
Validation & Payment Schedule
Commissions are tracked in your Awin account at the time of purchase. They are typically held in a "pending" state for 30-45 days to account for our customer return and order cancellation period. Once this period has passed, approved commissions are validated and processed for payment through your Awin account.
Please note that commissions may be declined for reasons outlined in our program terms, including order cancellations, returned items, or breach of program terms (e.g., PPC violations).
