Delm8

1. Program Overview

The Delm8 Affiliate Program offers partners the opportunity to earn commissions by promoting our award-winning UK route planning and address-finding app. Trusted by over 100,000 drivers from leading parcel delivery companies, Delm8 is built for couriers, delivery drivers, and field professionals who need to locate hard-to-find addresses and plan efficient routes.

These Affiliate Terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Delm8, available at https://delm8.com/terms-and-conditions/. In matters of customer rights and product usage, the General T&Cs shall prevail.

2. Commission Structure

• Standard Rate: Affiliates earn a commission of 10% on the Net Subscription Value of each validated sale on the first purchase.
• Performance Rate: High-performing affiliates can earn up to 35% on the Net Subscription Value of each validated sale on the first purchase.
• Net Subscription Value: Commission is calculated on the subscription fee after the deduction of any applicable App Store fees (Apple/Google), VAT, and payment processing fees.
• Qualifying Sales: A sale is validated only after it has passed our Validation Period (see Section 3) and has not been subject to a chargeback, fraud alert, or cancellation prior to the first renewal date (as per Delm8 T&Cs Section 9.1.2).

3. Attribution, Free Trials & Validation Windows

Commission is awarded on a last-click basis across all attribution types, subject to the below attribution types.

• Free Trial Alignment: Users may sign up for a 7-Day Free Trial (Address Finder/Route Planner) 
• Validation Period: All sales are subject to a 37-day validation period. This period accounts for the immediate waiver of the cooling-off period, the trial period, and the first subscription renewal cycle. 

• No Commission on Trials: Commission is not payable on free trial sign-ups unless the trial successfully converts to a paid subscription and passes the validation period.

4. Voucher / Promo Code Availability 

The Delm8 mobile app currently does not support promo or voucher code functionality within the in-app checkout flow. Consequently, onboarding for voucher-focused publishers is currently on hold.

5. Prohibited Promotional Methods

To protect the integrity of the Delm8 brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. a. Brand Bidding: FORBIDDEN from bidding on "Delm8," "Del M8," "Delmate," "Delm eight," "Del-M8," or "Delm8 UK Address Finder App."
2. b. Direct Linking: NOT PERMITTED from paid ads. Traffic must pass through affiliate-owned content.

c. Misrepresentation: Do not use "Delm8" in domain names or imply you are the official app developer.

d. Geographic Targeting: Affiliates must ensure promotions align with the Geographic Coverage outlined in Delm8 T&Cs Section 11.0 (Primarily Great Britain).

6. Intellectual Property & Creative Usage

• Use only assets found in the AWIN interface. Do not hotlink images from delm8.com  
• You may use screenshots of the app interface for editorial purposes only, provided they are not altered to misrepresent functionality.

7. Compliance and Enforcement

Delm8 reserves the right to monitor all affiliate activity. Violation will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all accrued commissions.

• Minor violations (first-time, unintentional): Written warning with 7-day cure period.
• Repeated or moderate violations: Temporary suspension pending corrective action.
• Serious violations (fraud, brand bidding, misrepresentation): Immediate termination and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

8. Program Changes

Delm8 reserves the right to update these terms with 7 days' notice via the AWIN network interface.

9. Acceptance

By participating in the Delm8 Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Delm8 General Terms and Conditions located at https://delm8.com/terms-and-conditions/.
