Quincy is the first dirty martini mixer that offers the ideal ratio of olives to premium, from-the-barrel brine. What is “the ideal ratio”? Well, it's essentially more brine and fewer olives. Each jar of Quincy can make ~14 dirty martinis with zero waste. Quincy jars do not contain any alcohol, so you can add the liquor of your choice (or none at all) to shake or stir up your version of the perfect dirty martini.
