Tier 1: 30% commission for the first 100 sales of the month
Tier 2: 40% commission from the 101 sale of the month

Total Monthly Sale - 129
First 100 Sales - 30% commission
101 Sale onwards - 40% commission
Commission is paid on every completed Pigment assessment with no cap on earnings.
