At Roebuck Estates, we craft exceptional English sparkling wines from our vineyards in Sussex, a journey that began in 2013 when two friends came together with a shared vision and passion for producing world-class vintage wines. Inspired by the roe deer that roam our vineyards, we chose a name that reflects our deep connection to nature and our commitment to sustainability. We manage around 150 acres of vineyards across Sussex and Kent, growing classic Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, using precision viticulture and environmentally friendly practices, avoiding herbicides and minimising pesticide use. We specialise exclusively in vintage sparkling wines made using the traditional method, with extended lees ageing to bring depth and complexity to every bottle. Our wines, including the Classic Cuvée, Rosé de Noirs, and Blanc de Noirs, have won numerous accolades, including Best in Show at the Decanter World Wine Awards and the prestigious English Sparkling Rosé Trophy at the International Wine Awards. As a founding member of Sustainable Wines of Great Britain and the official sparkling wine partner to organisations like Sussex Cricket and the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival, we are proud to combine craftsmanship, innovation, and care for the land in our mission to produce some of England’s finest sparkling wines.
