Definitions
“We,” “our,” “us” refers to White Trash Charms
“You,” “your” refers to the affiliate partner
“Program” refers to the White Trash Charms Affiliate Program
“Our site” means whitetrashcharms.com
“Your site” includes any platform you use to promote us (e.g., blog, social, newsletter, etc.)
Commission & Payout Terms
Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 12% base commission on all full-price purchases made via your unique affiliate link. Eligible for increases as we grow together.
Commission Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates in the future. Standard adjustments will not reduce your rate below 10% without prior notice. Larger reductions may apply only in cases involving policy violations, fraud, or program abuse.
Minimum Payout
Affiliate earnings must reach a $50 minimum before payouts are issued.
Payout Schedule
Approved commissions are paid monthly, around the 15th of each month, via your selected payment method. Please allow for a 30-day verification period post-purchase to account for returns and processing.

Paid Search (PPC) Guidelines
We do not allow paid search or PPC advertising related to White Trash Charms. Specifically, you may not:
Bid on the White Trash Charms name or close variations
Use our name in ad copy or display URLs
Direct link paid ads to whitetrashcharms.com
Misrepresent your affiliation in ad creative or metadata
You may:
Use approved creative assets provided via the affiliate portal
Promote your own content or blog that links to us organically (not through paid ads)
Branding & Content
White Trash Charms is built on authenticity, nostalgia, and edge. Please:
Do not use offensive, misleading, or unapproved content
Represent White Trash Charms in a way that aligns with our brand identity — expressive, bold, and style-forward
Notice & Termination
Either party may pause or end participation at any time with written notice. Misuse of our brand, violation of these terms, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
De-Duplication Policy
We reserve the right to withhold commission on sales that overlap with our direct marketing channels (e.g., email subscribers, exclusive influencer partnerships, or promo code stacking) to ensure fair and accurate attribution.
