HEFANG Affiliate Program Terms
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn 8% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their referral links.
Commissions are calculated based on the net sale value (after taxes, discounts, shipping fees, or returns).
2. Cookie Duration
The standard cookie window is 30 days (unless otherwise agreed). Sales must be tracked within this period to qualify.
3. Payment Terms
Commission Settlement Cycle: 45 days after the end of the month in which the sale was confirmed.
Example: A sale made on January 15th will be confirmed by January 31st and paid by March 15th (45 days after January 31st).
Payments are processed via AWIN’s preferred payment method (e.g., bank transfer/PayPal). Minimum payout thresholds apply.
4. Qualifying Actions
Commissions are awarded for completed purchases only. Canceled/returned orders void the commission.
Fraudulent traffic (e.g., fake clicks, self-referrals) will result in commission forfeiture and potential account suspension.
5. Program Compliance
Affiliates must promote HEFANG ethically, without misleading claims or unauthorized trademark use.
6. Changes & Updates
HEFANG reserves the right to modify these terms with 7 days’ notice via AWIN’s platform.
