How Commission Is Calculated
Commission is calculated on 12Go's net revenue (the margin 12Go earns on a booking), not on the total ticket price paid by the customer. The sale amount shown in your Awin reports reflects this net revenue.
Example: A customer books a ticket for USD 100. 12Go's margin on this booking is USD 10. Your commission is 50% x USD 10 = USD 5.
