Commission & Payments
- Affiliates earn a 5% commission as standard on every successful sale made through the unique tracking link.
- Commissions are paid on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and refunded orders).
- Payments are typically processed monthly (subject to the Awin payment schedule and thresholds).
- Commissions will not be awarded for returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery via websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and paid ads (excluding prohibited methods—see below).
- Affiliates must not use misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive practices when promoting our products.
- Paid search restrictions: Bidding on Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery brand terms, misspellings, or variations is prohibited without prior written permission.
Content & Brand Compliance
- Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery.
- Affiliates may not modify product claims or misrepresent our jewellery, designs, or benefits.
- Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery reserves the right to review and request edits to any promotional content that does not comply with brand standards.
Tracking & Attribution
- Sales are tracked using cookies with a 30 day attribution window through Awin.
- If a customer makes a purchase within the cookie window after clicking an affiliate link, the affiliate earns the commission.
- If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last-click model applies.
Termination & Violations
- Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery reserves the right to terminate affiliates who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm our brand’s reputation.
- Affiliates may leave the program at any time by notifying our affiliate team through Awin.
By applying to the Poppy Elder Fine Jewellery Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update our terms at any time and will notify affiliates of significant changes in accordance with our notice period.
