Tracking and Commission
Attribution takes into account all touchpoints that lead to a conversion as well as the contribution to future bookings. Publishers will therefore not only be rewarded for their touchpoints in a single transaction, but potentially future ones as well. The partner is expressly prohibited from purchasing vouchers on behalf of its customers and/or reselling them via its channels.
Restrictions
- No use of special offers or coupons without FlixBus’ agreement
- No Paid-Mailer & Forced Click Systems, no banner networks
- Crawling is prohibited
- Torrent-Traffic is prohibited
- Post-View is prohibited
- Metasearchers (on demand only)
- No SEM with FlixBus (see below)
It is strongly forbidden to use keywords such as “flixbus”, “flexibus” and in search engines (Google Ads, Bing, etc). This also includes keyword extensions such as “www” or “.fr” and typing errors/misspellings (e.g. flixibus, flexbus). Furthermore when the partner uses the keyword “bus” or any general keyword combined with the “broad” option, he must set words like “flixbus”, “flexibus” or any other typing errors as “negative”. Moreover, the words “flixbus”, “flexibus” must not appear in URLs or website addresses in order to enhance search engines referencing (SEO). This also applies for titles and description visible after opening a website.
The agency must comply with the Code of Conduct (CoC) for partners.

The Agency may not circumvent the provisions of the Code of Conduct, for example by using subcontractors or outsourcing non-compliant activities.
The provisions of the Code of Conduct are an essential part of the contract. In the event of a significant breach of the provisions of the Code of Conduct, the client is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice. Possible claims for damages by the client remain unaffected.
