Archangel Test Prep sells flashcards to help students succeed at their standardized tests. What makes our product unique is the format. We able to compress all the testable material into 4"x6" flashcards. We do this by reimagining the flashcard, using the white space effectively and deploying a question/answer format that drives memorization. Our products are full color, unlike a black and white textbook, and includes interesting callouts and images and other material to enhance understanding and possibly even interesting.
This isn't a new company, but it is a new brand. We have been selling under the brand Flash Aviation since 2019. See: FlashAviation.Shop.
We currently have six AP tests flashcard sets, with several more in process. Our ASVAB set is performing well on Amazon without any real support, as is our US Citizenship Test set. Sets for the NREMT and NCLEX-RN tests are next in production, to be followed by sets for the SAT and GRE. More to follow after that. The product development process for each set in unique, it is customized to the subject matter. Every set requires thought and creativity. Honestly, we spend as much time formatting them as we do writing, the look and feel is equally crucial to the experience. It is a difficult, technical production process.
One of the most important aspects of my flashcards is that they are visually appealing. In a retail environment, first impressions matter. And the attractive appearance is true to design. It is not a false promise. The book can in fact be judged by its cover in this case.
Amazon pays 4.5% commission for books. I pay triple that. My products are priced higher than average for the category, and will remain higher. They are intended for top students and should be seen as a premium product for which I am able to charge value-based pricing.
As with any business, customer service has to come first. Both my students, and my business partners need to trust me and my company.
I am new to Awin, I look forward to working with partners to build out lasting deals that generate disproportionate revenue over the long term with minimal ongoing maintenance.
