Commission Settlement Cycle
The commission settlement cycle occurs once a month, typically starting between the 7th and 10th of each month. Commissions are generally credited within 5 business days after the settlement.
Commission Payment Conditions
- Only bicycles and scooters qualify for commission, while accessories are not eligible for commission settlement.
- Commissions are determined within 30 days of the order's completion based on whether the customer requests a refund. If a refund is requested during this period, the corresponding commission will be canceled.
Please note that we do not allow promotion through Google Ads. If unauthorized advertising is discovered, the commissions for those orders will be rejected.
Commission Payment Methods
We offer PayPal and bank transfer payment methods (for bank transfers, the minimum payout is €45; if the amount is less than €45, it will accumulate until the minimum amount is reached for settlement).
Please Note: It is forbidden to use Google ads for promotion. Once discovered, cooperation will be terminated and commission settlement will be cancelled.
HITWAY Affiliate Order Attribution Rules
To ensure the rights of our affiliates and clarify commission attribution, HITWAY hereby declares the following order attribution mechanism for our affiliate marketing campaigns:
Article 1: Affiliate Attribution Principle
HITWAY uses the Last Click Attribution model for all affiliate orders, meaning:
In cases of multiple affiliate platforms with overlapping commissions, the commission will be attributed to the affiliate associated with the last valid click on the affiliate link, regardless of whether it comes from AWIN, GoAffPro, or another affiliate platform. Orders placed within the attribution period (30 days) will be counted under that affiliate's account.
Article 2: Attribution Validity Period
The attribution validity period for HITWAY affiliate orders is 30 days.
Orders placed within 30 days of the last click on an affiliate link are considered valid attributed orders.
Article 3: Cross-Platform Coupon Attribution Rules
For orders generated through AWIN platform publisher links, if the user uses a GoAffPro affiliate's exclusive coupon at checkout, even if the last click came from AWIN, the commission will exclusively be attributed to the GoAffPro affiliate.
Article 4: Platform Reconciliation and Settlement
HITWAY will use the backend data from the platforms to confirm order attribution and commission settlement. In case of disputes, the actual attribution chain and coupon usage will prevail.
Article 5: Promotion Recommendations
To ensure the effective attribution of commissions, affiliates are encouraged to use exclusive tracking links or coupon codes for promotions and to encourage users to complete their purchases as quickly as possible after clicking the link.
Please refrain from sharing other affiliates' coupon codes through unauthorized channels, as this may impact commission attribution and settlement.
