Attribution takes into account all touchpoints that lead to a conversion as well as the contribution to future bookings. Publishers will therefore not only be rewarded for their touchpoints in a single transaction, but potentially future ones as well. The affiliate partner is expressly prohibited from purchasing vouchers on behalf of its customers and/or reselling them via its channels. The affiliate partner must redirect to flixdeal.flixbus.com/de to complete the purchase.

The Agency may not circumvent the provisions of the Code of Conduct, for example by using subcontractors or outsourcing non-compliant activities.
The provisions of the Code of Conduct are an essential part of the contract. In the event of a significant breach of the provisions of the Code of Conduct, the client is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice. Possible claims for damages by the client remain unaffected.
