Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commission on eligible hosting products as follows:
Monthly hosting plans:
100% commission on the first month only.
Annual hosting plans:
25% commission on the first year only.
Commission applies to the following eligible product categories:
- - Web Hosting
- - Managed WordPress Hosting
- - VPS Hosting
Commission is non-recurring and applies only to the initial qualifying purchase.
Excluded Products
Commission is not payable on:
Domain registrations or renewals
Email-only products
Standalone domain or email purchases
Any non-hosting products unless otherwise specified.
Eligible Transactions
Commission is payable only on:
New customer purchases
Fully completed and paid transactions
Orders tracked via a valid affiliate referral.
The following transactions are not eligible:
Existing customer renewals
Upgrades or plan changes unless explicitly stated
Self-referrals
Internal or test transactions.
Validation and Approval
Transactions are subject to a validation period of 90 days.
Commission may be declined where transactions are cancelled, refunded, unpaid, or identified as fraudulent.
Attribution
Affiliate commission is typically awarded based on last-click attribution within the defined cookie window.
Promotional Compliance
Affiliates must:
Use accurate product descriptions.
Avoid misleading claims or unauthorised offers.
Not promote expired or unauthorised discount codes.
Heart Internet reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission where programme terms are breached.
Programme Updates
Heart Internet reserves the right to modify commission rates, eligible products, or programme terms. Any updates will be communicated via Awin.
