Participation in the VOXI Mobile Affiliate Programme

If you (“Affiliate”) are a member of Awin Limited’s Awin Network (“Awin Network”), you must read and agree to the following terms and conditions in order to participate in the VOXI Mobile Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”).

If you are not currently a member of the Awin Network, you must complete a registration form with Awin Limited to join the network and then read and agree to these terms and conditions to participate in the Programme.

Agreement

Upon acceptance, these terms and conditions shall constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between VOXI Limited (“VOXI”) and the Affiliate.

 

Websites and Permitted Affiliate Types

The Programme is open to the following types of affiliates, including but not limited to:

  • Cashback and loyalty sites
  • Voucher and discount code sites
  • Price comparison sites
  • Content and editorial sites

If an Affiliate’s website or app (“Site”) is deemed unsuitable for the Programme (at VOXI’s sole discretion), VOXI reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate’s participation in the Programme with immediate effect.

 

Unsuitable Sites

Unsuitable Sites include, but are not limited to, sites that:

  • Infringe VOXI’s trademarks or the rights of VOXI, its affiliates, or any third party
  • Contain sexually explicit material
  • Contain hateful, violent, or offensive content
  • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic
  • Promote illegal activities or violate applicable laws, including those relating to spyware, adware, or spam
  • Violate intellectual property rights, including scraping text or images from VOXI or its affiliates’ websites
  • Do not clearly display an online privacy policy
  • Use misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices to generate clicks or sales
  • Include any VOXI trademark (or variations thereof) in the domain name
  • Stream unlicensed content or operate file-sharing, FTP, or torrent services
  • Are otherwise considered offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable at VOXI’s sole discretion
