Our mission: To be really good people, who make a really good product, that gets you really clean.
But our mission goes beyond skincare - it's about empowering lives and reshaping the narrative for individuals with disabilities. We believe in the power of diversity and the strength it brings to our team and society. Our products are proudly Assembled in the USA by individuals with disabilities.
At Cleanlogic, DEI&A has been integral to our brand purpose of "Inspiring all to achieve independence and success."
Approximately 1 out of 4 Americans is considered disabled, and of this roughly 62 million individuals, only 35% are employed. Through the years, this has been a passion and motivator of our founders Isaac Shapiro and Mike Ghesser who have both been personally moved by family members with disabilities.
Isaac's mom, Bea, became blind at the age of 7 and has experienced firsthand the staggering unemployment rate of 70% that persists among the blind and visually impaired communities.
Mike's oldest daughter, Rosie, is both physically disabled and neurodiverse. His goal is to help change the future for Rosie and other disabled people by providing fulfilling, inspiring and pride-filled employment opportunities.
From founding a brand that has always had accessible packaging via functional Braille, to establishing our own nonprofit fund, the Inspiration Foundation, Cleanlogic's "Purchase to Employ" initiative is aimed at lowering the unemployment rate among people with disabilities by creating inclusive, safe and fulfilling job opportunities for people with disabilities.
At Cleanlogic, we don't just hire; we're dedicated to creating a workplace that values every individual's unique abilities and perspectives.
When you choose a Cleanlogic product, you're not just making a purchase - you're making a difference. Your support helps us employ team members with disabilities and build a community of passionate
