Here's a little about my story:
Instagram Start: I launched @cleanmondaymeals to share my gluten-free meal prep ideas, products, and recipes. What began as a personal project as I tried to adapt to a new lifestyle, quickly grew into a thriving community of like-minded individuals striving for healthier living.
Community Growth: Our community is filled with people who, like me, are navigating food allergies and seeking nutritious meal options.
Kitchen Creations: Unable to find gluten and dairy-free seasoning blends in stores, I began creating them in my kitchen. This was a true labor of love driven by necessity.
Product Launch: In 2023, after years of encouragement from my followers, I launched my first products: Chicken Ramen Seasoning, Ranch, and Onion Soup Mix. Their success was overwhelming and quickly led to a number of additional products, with many more in development.
