Jasper Hill is a working dairy farm with an on-site creamery in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont whose goal is to create an enduring, robust working landscape and local agricultural economy. In order for our social mission to succeed, our cheese needs to be the absolute best on the market.
Our underground aging facility maximizes the potential of cheeses made by our creamery, as well as those made by other local producers. Having these custom vaults gives us the precision control we need to cultivate the delicious natural rinds that set our cheeses apart.
