1. Termination of Participation in the Affiliate Program
1.1 AMISAMOUR strives to collaborate with active publishers and establish strong relationships. AMISAMOUR conducts monthly evaluations to assess the quality of traffic. This evaluation primarily focuses on the percentage of new visitors, which must be at least 30%. If a publisher is found to be inactive for three consecutive months (0 sales/clicks), AMISAMOUR may decide to terminate the partnership.
1.2 In addition to the above, AMISAMOUR reserves the right to terminate the collaboration under this Affiliate Program at any time, without providing a reason, via email, subject to a notice period of two (2) weeks.
1.3 Without prejudice to AMISAMOUR's other rights, AMISAMOUR is also entitled to terminate the collaboration with a publisher immediately via email and reject sales in the following cases:
- The publisher fails, in whole or in part, to comply with the obligations set out in these Program Terms;
- The publisher's website, in AMISAMOUR's opinion, could conflict with public order, morality, or be offensive, damage AMISAMOUR's reputation, or otherwise cause harm to AMISAMOUR;
- The publisher acts unlawfully toward AMISAMOUR and/or third parties in the context of the Affiliate Program;
- AMISAMOUR requests additional information about promotional activities, and the publisher fails to respond within 48 hours.
