Pricing Plans

The plan includes one free year of Worry-Free Compliance service, which notifies you of upcoming compliance and filing events and includes your annual report and up to two business amendment filings per year.
Pro Plan: The Pro plan costs $199 per year, plus state filing fees, and includes everything in the Starter plan plus the following: rush filing for your business (prioritizing your business formation documents over others with standard filing speed), preparing and filing employer identification number (EIN) documents, your annual report and up to two business amendment filings per year.
Premium Plan: The Pro plan costs $299 per year, plus state filing fees, and includes everything in the Starter and Pro plans plus the following: business domain name, business email address, business website builder, business documents, and Premium Customer support.
