5. 5. Wykorzystywanie nazwy lub logo Sephora w działaniach PR lub komunikacji medialnej wymaga uprzedniej zgody i bez niej jest niedozwolone.
6. 6. Wydawcy z obszaru programów lojalnościowych, cashback, kuponów/rabatów oraz portali z recenzjami mogą promować Sephora wyłącznie po uzyskaniu zgody. Współpraca w tych kategoriach jest ograniczona do wybranych partnerów.
7. 7. Dozwolone jest komunikowanie jedynie tych promocji i akcji, które zostały oficjalnie udostępnione przez Sephora. Publikowanie kodów rabatowych lub ofert bez zgody jest zabronione i może skutkować odrzuceniem transakcji lub usunięciem z programu.
8. 8. Zabronione są wszelkie nieuczciwe praktyki, takie jak bezpośrednie linkowanie, typosquatting, manipulowanie plikami cookie czy generowanie ruchu w sposób niezgodny z prawem - mogą one prowadzić do wykluczenia z programu.
9. 9. Niedozwolone jest prowadzenie działań brand biddingowych (w tym używanie błędnych zapisów nazwy Sephora) w reklamach tekstowych w wyszukiwarkach. Partnerzy powinni wykluczać takie frazy w kampaniach. Zakazane jest również wykorzystywanie nazwy marki w domenach oraz bezpośrednich linkach. Naruszenia mogą skutkować anulowaniem prowizji i zakończeniem współpracy.

Naruszenie regulaminu może prowadzić do zerwania warunków umowy i zakończenia kooperacji. Sephora zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian warunków obowiązującego regulaminu.

1. Maksymalna kwota prowizji dla wydawcy za zamówienie – 1000 zł 

WAŻNE: Prosimy o korzystanie tylko z kodów rabatowych, udostępnianych przez AWIN.

Reklamacje: Rozpatrywane będą wyłącznie reklamacje zgłoszone do panelu AWIN w okresie nie dłuższym niż 30 dni od daty transakcji. Rozpatrywane będą raz na kwartał.

4. 4. Publishers are required to publish content that aligns with the brand image and its values. This includes, in particular, avoiding clickbait materials and placing content in controversial contexts or presenting the brand, its products, or its offers in a negative way. In the case of materials that do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to raise concerns, request appropriate changes, suspend, or remove the publisher from the program.
5. 5. The use of the Sephora name or logo in PR activities or media communication requires prior approval and is not allowed without it.
6. 6. Publishers operating in the areas of loyalty programs, cashback, vouchers/discounts, and review platforms may promote Sephora only after obtaining approval. Cooperation within these categories is limited to selected partners.
7. 7. Only promotions and campaigns officially provided by Sephora may be communicated. Publishing discount codes or offers without approval is prohibited and may result in rejected transactions or removal from the program.
8. 8. Any unfair practices, such as direct linking abuse, typosquatting, cookie manipulation, or generating traffic in an unlawful manner, are prohibited and may lead to removal from the program.
9. 9. Brand bidding activities (including the use of misspellings of the Sephora name) in search engine text ads are not allowed. Partners should exclude such keywords from their campaigns. The use of the brand name in domains and direct links is also prohibited. Violations may result in commission cancellation and termination of cooperation.

Violation of the terms may result in termination of the agreement and cooperation. Sephora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
