Sales measurement
Miravia measures sales through a server that sends sales to the Awin platform the day after they occur.
This means that sales that occur on Monday will be reflected on the platform on Tuesday; sales that occur on Tuesday will be reflected on Wednesday and so on.
It is important to keep this in mind:
To analyze / review results of campaigns or special actions.
When proposing incentives for users by affiliates (Ex. Cashback increase)

Claims
Miravia prohibits Awin affiliates from uploading claims. If there are logistical problems, they must contact Miravia's operations team to resolve them; thus, only Miravia can generate delivered orders.
Miravia will only pay for approved orders transmitted by Miravia to Awin, and will not pay for orders uploaded by affiliates (claims or TQS).
Miravia will not settle pending orders (claims) uploaded by affiliates in the past; this means that, if there are still orders that the affiliate uploaded in the past as pending orders, and the affiliate changes the status to delivery in the future, Miravia will not pay for these orders.
Validation and payment
The maximum validation time for sales is 60 days.
Payment of invoices to Awin is 60 days.
Attribution and deduplication of sales
The program's attribution window is 30 days post-click if there has been no interaction with another marketing channel during that period.
Sales with other paid marketing channels are deduplicated.
Commissions
Miravia offers different commissions based on product category which can be reviewed by the partner.
Commissions start at 3% of the purchase amount (excluding VAT and shipping costs).
Important: the maximum CPA per sale will be 200€. If an order is registered, based on the different categories with a high amount the assigned CPA will be a maximum of 200€/per sale.
General terms and conditions
To be part of the Program, the Affiliate expressly accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Program (“Affiliate's T&C”). Please review them carefully from time to time.
Key Points and Program Restrictions:
Affiliates must promote Products only through their Approved Network, using approved Materials and respecting the conditions communicated by the Awin platform and the Affiliate's T&Cs.
Affiliates must comply with the law at all times.
Affiliates shall not engage in any fraudulent acts when participating in this Program.
Affiliates shall perform their communication duties with due care, contacting only individuals who have given their active consent and shall not engage in illegal conduct when contacting.
Affiliates must avoid any act that may generate confusion or a perception of association with Miravia's brand image, trademark or website.
It is not permitted to use the brand name “Miravia” in e-mail addresses, URLs, source code and in the header of e-mails.
SEM is expressly prohibited.
You are not permitted to use secondary affiliate channels, any third party or any method not specified in the Affiliate T&Cs to promote the Affiliate Link.
Affiliates shall not be permitted to purchase any Products through the Affiliate Link for resale or commercial use of any kind.
Affiliates must not post content that is in any way misleading to the end user; damages the reputation of the Seller; or violates the laws or rights of any third party.
Any suspected misconduct, fraud or breach of the T&Cs will be punishable by cancellation of Commissions and/or suspension of the Affiliate's account in the Program.
Affiliates must provide the information requested by Miravia in case of signs of fraud.
Affiliates must ensure a proper geo-target when running their Miravia's Portuguese campaigns.
The Affiliate's account may be suspended if he/she has not generated any traffic for Miravia for at least 6 consecutive months.

Payments
Invoice payments will be made after approximately 90 days.
