General terms and conditions for participation in the partner program “desktronic.de”
Restrictions
- Partners with unlawful, political, violence-glorifying, pornographic and/or illegal
- Content that is generally excluded from participation in the partner program is not permitted.
Furthermore, as the advertiser, we reserve the right to terminate the cooperation immediately if advertising materials provided by us are integrated into such websites. Any resulting transactions will also be rejected by us, and any commission claim will be forfeited. - Only publishers who provide a valid imprint on their advertising space will be accepted for cooperation.
- Furthermore, websites that are still under construction or generate errors in any way, as well as websites without the possibility of content review, are excluded from participation in the partner program.
- Partners of the Advertiser Program must be fully legally competent in all cases.
Advertising material / linking
- The advertising materials provided by the partner program may only be used on the advertising spaces registered during registration for the program.
- The publisher is responsible for the up-to-dateness of the advertising material and undertakes to remove advertising material from its website immediately if it is notified by the advertiser or if it has reason to believe that said advertising material may no longer be used.
Any modification or expansion of the provided advertising material is not permitted without the prior consent of the advertiser.- The publisher receives permission through the network to use the provided advertising materials for the duration of the cooperation with the advertiser program. If the cooperation is terminated, the publisher may no longer use the advertising materials.
- A redirect to the advertiser's website is only permitted if a registered publisher website, visible to the end user, is displayed beforehand. (No direct or continuous redirects)
- Individual advertising materials can be created in consultation with the advertiser.
- The use of pop-ups and layers that are delivered when a page loads is not permitted.
