Meaningful Planet Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. The Meaningful Planet affiliate program is for online sales only. Door-to-door sales are not permitted through this channel.
2. Meaningful Planet reserves the right to suspend any partner who is deemed to be contravening any of the program T&Cs with immediate effect. We also retain the right to serve notice to partners within 7 days for any reason.
3. The Meaningful Planet brand is authorized for use solely on the URLs submitted for approval when applying for the program. Subsequent URLs should be submitted to Meaningful Planet before featuring our brand on them.
4. Any advertising by affiliates on 3rd party websites or platforms, in press, or on television must not feature Meaningful Planet without express written permission from our team. This includes the use of retargeting campaigns.
5. Meaningful Planet does not work with toolbar affiliates, or allow any affiliates to publish or promote our offers in toolbars or other pop-ups, whether they affect our customers' on-site journey or not, unless given explicit, written permission by the Meaningful Planet affiliate team.
6. Transaction queries must be submitted within three months of purchase. Any transaction queries submitted after this date will be automatically rejected.
7. Affiliates must accurately represent Meaningful Planet's products, services, and environmental initiatives. Any misrepresentation of our offerings or impact may result in immediate termination from the program.
8. Affiliates are encouraged to promote Meaningful Planet's commitment to environmental conservation and our partnerships with wildlife trusts. However, all claims about our environmental impact must be factual and verifiable.
9. Commission rates and structures will be clearly communicated to affiliates and may be subject to change with notice.
10. Meaningful Planet reserves the right to withhold commission on specific products or promotions. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated to affiliates in advance.
11. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and privacy.
12. Meaningful Planet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
