Program Agreement for Pure Beauty ShareASale Affiliate ProgramIntroduction and Agreement AcceptanceBy participating in the Pure Beauty ShareASale Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Your participation in the program indicates your acceptance of this agreement.Affiliate ResponsibilitiesPromotion: Affiliates must promote Pure Beauty's products/services in a responsible and legal manner.Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to ShareASale Terms of Use and all relevant laws and regulations.Prohibited ActivitiesAdvertising Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Pure Beauty’s brand keywords in PPC campaigns.Spam: Unsolicited commercial emails (spam) are strictly prohibited.Content Restrictions: Affiliates must not use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.Trademark Use: Affiliates must use Pure Beauty’s trademarks and branding materials only as authorized.CommissionsStructure: Affiliates earn a 7% commission per sale.Tracking Gap: A 30-day tracking gap applies, during which repeat purchases are credited to the affiliate.Affiliate Application and ApprovalApplication Process: Interested parties can apply via the ShareASale platform.Approval: Pure Beauty reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on program criteria.TerminationTermination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Pure Beauty.Termination by Merchant: Pure Beauty reserves the right to terminate an affiliate for violations of this agreement, unethical behavior, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.Modification of AgreementPure Beauty reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
