Dream Arcades’ Advertiser Program Terms & Conditions
We want to work with you! As Dream Arcades' Affiliate program is new, we may initially limit the number and types of publishers in the program. However, if you are not a good fit today, we may expand our program in the future to include other types of publishers. Please note that this time we do not allow coupon, reward, rebate, loyalty or similar sites.
These terms and conditions of the Dream Arcades Advertiser Program (or “Program”) govern the relationship between the Publishers and Dream Arcades Inc., of California, USA.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Program will have the meaning given in the Awin Standard Terms for Publishers or in the Awin Standard Terms for Advertisers. Awin’s terms and other contracts may include additional rights, limitations, or provisions.
USE OF OUR CREATIVE ASSETS:
We authorize you to use our trademarks, logos, designs, or any other creative materials, and any links provided by us (“Creative Assets”). You cannot modify or alter the Creative Assets or use them for any other purpose than this affiliate Program without first obtaining Dream Arcades approval.
We have additional b-roll and are glad to provide images, videos, or other assets you may need—please contact media@dreamarcades.com with your request. If you would like to use other assets with this Program, they must be approved prior to use and, if requested, any ad must be removed within 7 days.
PROMOTION TERMS & LIMITS:
PPC and any search campaigns are not currently allowed.
No payments or commissions will be paid for coupon, reward, rebate, loyalty sites.
- Campaigns are not allowed on sites in languages other than English.
- PPC and any search campaigns are not currently allowed.
- Coupon, reward, rebate, loyalty or similar sites are generally not allowed in our regular affiliate program.
- Dream Arcades does not normally ship outside the continental USA. Therefore, campaigns outside the USA are not allowed unless they target a large US audience.
- Dream Arcades runs it's own search and affiliate promotion (self-promotion) and take steps to prevent de-duplication including those in-house marketing channels.
- Publishers with offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, erotic, or health-threatening content are not allowed. Sites that primarily cater to children are also not allowed.
- Publishers who use content on social networks, such as posts or stories, must mention in the hashtags (#) that the post is an advertisement (#ad), as required by law.
- Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations both in relation to commercial promotion on the internet and, in particular, on social networks, as well as with personal data protection and/or cookies laws and regulations.
- Publishers hereby agree to be responsible for any liabilities, expenses, or demands related to their violation of personal data protection, cookies, and/or applicable commercial laws.
NON-CONTENT SITE TERMS:
We do accept a small number of coupon, reward, rebate, deal, loyalty, & similar sites (such as coupon/reviews, and other non and low content sites). However, these are paid a flat $20 per machine sale commission. Limit one payout per customer. For example, if a customer purchases a machine, then goes back and buys addons for that same machine, only one $20 commission would be rewarded. However, if a customer purchases an additional machine at a later time, a second $20 would then be rewarded.

TRANSACTION VALIDATION:
Before confirming commissions due to the Publishers, Dream Arcades reserves the right to check and validate that the conversions are real and valid purchases. You MUST provide the URL used by the purchaser to determine which program the commission is eligible for.
Because of the cost of our products, all orders are subject to a security verification process performed by both Authorize.net and our own internal validation. From time to time, Dream Arcades may refund a customer if we feel we cannot meet the customer’s expectations. Therefore, Dream Arcades reserves the right to refuse the payment of commissions for cancelled, returned, or refunded orders.
