Affiliate Program Terms and ConditionsLast Updated: August 2, 20241. IntroductionWelcome to the Manuka Health Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.2. Definitions“Affiliate” refers to an individual or entity that promotes Manuka Health products/services through a unique affiliate link.“Commission” refers to the compensation paid to the Affiliate for successful referrals.“User” refers to any customer who makes a purchase via the Affiliate’s unique link.3. CommissionsAffiliates will earn a commission of at least 15% on each sale generated through their unique link.Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100.Commissions will only be paid on completed sales, excluding discounts, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.4. Obligations of AffiliatesAffiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Affiliates agree not to engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Manuka Health’s branded keywords in paid search advertising unless otherwise agreed upon. The term "Manuka honey" is also prohibited from bidding in paid search advertising. 5. TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement will cease.6. Intellectual PropertyAffiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Manuka Health’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promoting our products/services. All other uses are prohibited.7. Limitation of LiabilityManuka Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program.8. ModificationsManuka Health reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.9. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the New Zealand.12.
