AllDeals.com Affiliate Program Agreement
1. IntroductionWelcome to the AllDeals.com Affiliate Program. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in our affiliate program. By signing up, you agree to comply with these terms, which are designed to protect both parties and ensure a successful partnership.
2. Definitions- Affiliate: An individual or entity that promotes AllDeals.com products and earns a commission for referred sales.- Merchant: AllDeals.com, the owner of the affiliate program.Commission: The payment earned by an affiliate for a qualifying sale.
3. EnrollmentTo join the affiliate program, you must:- Be at least 18 years old.- Have a functional website or active social media presence.-Complete the application form with accurate information.We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
4. Affiliate ResponsibilitiesAffiliates are responsible for:- Promoting AllDeals.com products using approved marketing materials.- Keeping promotional content up to date.- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines.
5. Prohibited ActivitiesAffiliates must not:- Use misleading or false advertising.- Engage in any form of spam or unsolicited communications.- Bid on AllDeals.com trademarked terms in paid search campaigns without prior approval.- Use unapproved discount codes or coupons.- Self-refer or refer immediate family members for commissions.
6. Commissions and Payments- The standard commission rate is 5% of the sale amount.- Commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings.A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies.- Payments are made via PayPal or wire transfer for amounts exceeding $1000.Commission Eligibility - Commissions are only eligible on first-time customer purchases. Transactions from existing customers, self-referrals, reselling activity, rebate or incentive-based purchases, or any non-incremental activity may be declined at the advertiser’s discretion. Validation Rights -
We reserve the right to validate all affiliate transactions and to decline or reverse commissions that do not meet program requirements, including transactions where traffic sources cannot be clearly verified. Account Termination - We may deactivate affiliate accounts and withhold unpaid commissions in cases of policy violations or activity deemed abusive or non-compliant.-
7. TerminationEither party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of this agreement.
8. Relationship of PartiesAffiliates are independent contractors and not employees or partners of AllDeals.com. Affiliates have no authority to act on behalf of AllDeals.com.
9. Warranties and RepresentationsBy participating in the program, affiliates warrant that:- They have read and understood this agreement.- Their participation does not violate any laws or third-party agreements.- They own or have the right to use any content they promote.
10. IndemnificationAffiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllDeals.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the affiliate program.
11. ModificationAllDeals.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. ComplianceAffiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws and FTC guidelines.
13. PPC Bidding Rules & RestrictionsAffiliates are permitted to bid on the trademarked terms "All Deals" and "AllDeals.com" under the following conditions:- All PPC campaigns must be pre-approved by AllDeals.com.- Affiliates must adhere to quality guidelines provided by AllDeals.com.- Affiliates are prohibited from using the terms in a misleading or deceptive manner.- Affiliates must not bid on trademarked terms in combination with other keywords without approval.- Affiliates must include negative keywords to avoid direct competition with AllDeals.com campaigns.- Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
