Publisher Requirements:
- Publishers must have a fully operational live website, or active social account to publish brand links.
- Brands must be ASA-compliant in content and affiliate linking.
Commission Rates:
We currently offer 5% commission for all new customer confirmed transactions and 2.5% for returning customer confirmed transactions and reserve the right to amend rates at any time. Different commission levels are available for affiliates who run specific marketing activities which will be pre-agreed in writing. Commissions are paid once sales have been validated which occurs after customers have received their item/s and the returns period has passed. Tracked sales will be declined if the order has been cancelled or returned.
Discount Codes:
Affiliates are only permitted to promote discount codes issued exclusively to them in writing. We regularly monitor the use of discount codes in operation and reserve the right to decline commissions related to discount code abuse. On occasion, we may be able to offer voucher codes to selected partners. Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the affiliate program.
Beanbag Bazaar reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission declined until the code(s) are removed.
It is not permitted for affiliates to promote codes that are not issued via the affiliate channel. Any affiliate found to be promoting a non authorised code on their channels/platforms will have the relevant transaction declined and following payments will be withheld until the code is removed from the affiliates channels/platforms. Codes must be taken down from the affiliates website on date of expiry.
Cashback Affiliates:
Cashback cannot be combined with voucher codes unless otherwise advised by BeanBagBazaar in writing. Commissions will be declined if an unauthorised voucher has been used for an order alongside cashback. Untracked transaction queries must be raised within 90 days of the purchase date. Declined and incorrect transaction queries need to be raised within 90 days of the validation date.
Commission Changes:
Please note this program has a 7-day commission change notice period.
PPC and CSS:
Beanbag Bazaar does not wish to work with PPC and CSS affiliates, PPC/CSS publishers applying to the programme without first discussing their promotion will find that their application is declined.
Affiliates wishing to promote BeanBagBazaar through search engine marketing via a landing page should first contact the account management team to discuss.
Affiliates are asked not to register domains which are similar or misspellings of the BeanBagBazaar brand. Any activity of this kind on the campaign will result in commissions being declined.
