Commission Structure:
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all qualifying sales.
- Commissions are paid within AWIN's schedule once orders are validated.
Cookie Duration:
- Our affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. This means that affiliates will earn commissions on sales made within 30 days of the initial referral.
Return Policy:
- We offer a 30-day return period. Commissions will be adjusted for any returned or refunded items.
Order Validation:
- There is a 7-day validation period after the 30-day return period. Commissions are processed and paid after this validation period.
Promotional Guidelines:
- Affiliates may use the approved banners, text links, and promotional materials provided by Boxah.
- Affiliates are not permitted to use misleading or false advertising to promote Boxah products.
Prohibited Actions:
- Affiliates are not allowed to bid on branded keywords in PPC campaigns.
- Spamming is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account.
Payment Terms:
- Payments are managed and processed by AWIN according to their schedule, following the validation of orders.
Affiliate Account Termination:
- Boxah reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms and conditions or any unethical behavior.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Boxah.
Amendments:
- Boxah reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
