These terms are between you and Manu Atelier. By joining this Affiliate Marketing Programme, you accept:
Use of materials:
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative, images or text links available through the Awin interface. Any Affiliate infringing this term will receive a warning and Manu Atelier reserves the right to reverse commissions in such a scenario. Continuous infringement of this term will result in suspension of the Affiliate.
Affiliate Approvals:
All affiliates are audited on sign up to ensure brand compliance. Manu Atelier reserves the right to reject any Affiliates with full discretion.
Returned Goods:
All commissions will be validated on a 45 day period and Manu Atelier reserves the right to claim back commission on all returned goods.
Personalised and Special Items:
Items that are made to the customer's specification or are personalised are exempt from returns, unless the item is faulty. This must be approved by the customer service team, prior to returning. Specific products prepared and produced for special days such as Christmas, Valentine, Mother’s / Father’s Day can not be returned.
Pre Ordered Goods:
Commission is available on pre-ordered items, however please note that eligibility will be based on delivery and retention of the purchased style(s). As a result, the auto-validation period is 67 days. Pre-ordered styles that are returned will be deemed invalid for commission.

U.K. Orders – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – £20
USA & EU Orders – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – Free
Rest of the world – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – 30$
Return Policy:
All of our products will be delivered in our signature MANU Atelier packaging. Worldwide delivery takes up to seven business days. We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. Please note that all return costs will be deducted from your refund.
The products to be returned must be returned in a non-used, non-worn and non-washed conditions, along with its original invoice and filled-out return form at the back of the invoice. The product should be packaged without any damage to its original package and must be returned to the return address provided by MANU Atelier. The return of products without any name and notification shall not be accepted.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and the respective cost will be deducted from your refund in accordance with our Returns Policy (i.e. we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of sending the product to you, where applicable; excluding any import taxes and duties paid by us, where applicable; and deducting the cost of returning the product to us).

Cancelled Orders:
Commissions associated with orders cancelled or returned by the customer during the refund period will be forfeited. Commissions will also be forfeited in the event of proven fraudulent activity and/or customer refund requests.
Unacceptable Promotion
Websites on which you promote our products must not be deals, auction, gaming, pornographic or counterfeit Manu Atelier products. All loyalty/refund/coupon/discount sites must be of the highest quality and approved in advance by Manu Atelier
Breach of terms:
Manu Atelier reserves the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
Content Guidelines
When working with Awin, Influencers or Social Media Publishers are required at the minimum to:
Clearly define all advertising related content using clearly marked hashtags
