PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
- Brand Terms: Furniture Life allows affiliates to bid on our brand terms, including variations and misspellings, as part of their PPC campaigns. Please ensure that your ads are compliant with our brand guidelines and do not misrepresent our company.
Transactions
- Commission Basis: Commissions are calculated on the gross sale amount, minus delivery charges, credit card fees, and gift wrapping services. Commissions will be paid on transactions that meet our criteria and are not subject to deductions for unauthorized discounts.
Branding
- Usage Guidelines: Affiliates are allowed to use and modify Furniture Life’s branding and promotional materials. However, any modifications must remain respectful and professional, ensuring that the brand is represented accurately and positively.
- Approval and Standards: While affiliates can make necessary adjustments to fit their promotional channels, all branding materials and modifications must be approved by Furniture Life to maintain consistency and professionalism. Unauthorized alterations that misrepresent the brand will not be permitted.
- Growing Brand: Furniture Life is a dynamic and expanding brand. We value partnerships that contribute to our growth and help us enhance our market presence. As we grow together, we are committed to supporting you in delivering high-quality and effective promotions.
Voucher Codes and Discounts
- Authorized Codes: Only promote voucher codes and discounts that have been officially provided or approved by Furniture Life. Sales made with unauthorized codes will not qualify for commission. Contact us for any codes or offers you wish to promote.
De-duplication
- Commission Attribution: Furniture Life employs a last-click attribution model and de-duplicates commissions across all marketing channels to ensure fair compensation. Only the last referring affiliate will be credited with the commission for a sale.
Browser Extensions
- Approval Requirement: Affiliates using browser extensions must obtain prior approval from Furniture Life. We do not accept intrusive extensions that modify the checkout process or apply unauthorized discounts.
- Transparency: Extensions must operate transparently and comply with our promotional guidelines. Contact us for approval before integrating any extension into your marketing strategy.
