Welcome to Movement Gyms' Affiliate Program
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation. By enrolling in the program, you agree to abide by these terms and the Awin/ShareASale Terms of Use.
Enrollment and Eligibility: To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through the ShareASale platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Promote Movement Gyms' products truthfully and ethically.
- Avoid any promotional methods that could harm our brand reputation.
Commission Structure- Affiliates earn 15% commission on each new customer sale. Sales from existing customers are not eligible for commissions.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Engaging in PPC bidding on Movement Gyms' branded terms.
- Using misleading or deceptive marketing tactics.
- Promoting on websites that contain inappropriate content.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all pending commissions will be paid in the next payout cycle.
Compliance and Legal Requirements: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for endorsements.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use Movement Gyms' trademarks and logos only as provided in the marketing materials and must follow our brand guidelines.
Liability and Indemnification: Movement Gyms is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Movement Gyms harmless from any claims arising from their promotional activities.
Reporting and Tracking: Performance will be tracked via the Awin/ShareASale platform. Affiliates will have access to performance reports and data through their ShareASale account.
Modification of Terms: Movement Gyms reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
